The costume we received in the mail was not the same costume pictured online. Called the company and the picture online was not simplified to what the manufacturer supplied the company with. The manufacturer must have switched this scooby costume (with the cuter head) with another scooby costume that is seen much cheaper elsewhere on the internet. The company “Costume Craze”‘s customer service was exceptional at usage this situation and took care of us. Costume Craze had very friendly customer service and I would buy through them over again.

I like this costume…the quality is EXCELLENT. You certainly get what you pay for; the feet of the costume even fit perfectly over my small girl’s shoes! She really looked like Scooby from head to toe…high quality merchandise that I did NOT mind paying extra for.
